What did Hakimi do for Morocco?
In 2022 Morocco became the first African team to reach a World Cup semi-final, and Achraf Hakimi was at the heart of that side. The run changed how people look at African football.
His club record reads well too. Since 2017 he has played for Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, and he had been at three of Europe's biggest clubs before he turned 25. He won Serie A with Inter in 2021 and has collected several Ligue 1 titles at PSG.
