Ronald Rugumayo has claimed the Pearl of Africa Sunshine Development tour tournament title at Entebbe Club by four strokes.
The Ugandan professional carded rounds of 67, 64 and 69 for a 13-under-par total of 200 to win the inaugural event in the country.
Rugumayo said the victory belonged to all Ugandans and everyone who had played a part in his journey.
This triumph marks his third consecutive title in as many weeks.
Malawi's Paul Chidale and Nigeria's Godwin Okoko finished tied for second on nine-under-par 204.
England's Matt Millar and Slade Pickering shared fourth place on eight-under-par 205.
Eswatini's Dlamini Nobulhle was the only lady professional to complete the 54 holes and finished tied for 20th.
The POA Sunshine Development tour forms part of the wider Sunshine Tour aimed at developing golf across the region.
It offers African professionals a pathway to earn points and ranking status on the main tour.
The four-day tournament was sponsored by Exim Bank, Uganda Tourism Board, Vivo Energy, MTN MoMo, MTN Uganda, Case Med Insurance, Aquafina and Castle Lite.
