Soroti SS ended Nyakasura's campaign with a 45-run win at Kichwamba 2, Daniel Echweru taking four wickets to move to eight for the tournament.
Nyakasura's second loss of the day, to five-time champions Jinja SS, confirmed their elimination.
Daniel Matte produced the tournament's first five-wicket haul as Jinja bowled out Uganda Martyrs College for 70 at SLECK 1, then chased 71 without fuss.
Shree Sahajanand Uganda became the first side to finish the group stage with a perfect four-from-four, a five-wicket win over Kasese SS at Nyakasura sealing top spot in Group D.
Defending champions Busoga College Mwiri made it three into the Super Eight, beating Ntare School by 57 runs at SLECK 2 behind Trevor Azikiriza's 47 off 28 and Trevor Mugaita's four-for.
Masaka SS stayed in the hunt with a seven-wicket win over Ndejje SS at Kichwamba 1, climbing to second in Group B.
