FA chair Debbie Hewitt has written to Gianni Infantino demanding FIFA release all documents on the abandoned World Cup sell-off plan and the Folarin Balogun suspension controversy.
The letter arrives before the FIFA Council meeting in Zurich on 15 October where Infantino faces his 36 fellow directors for the first time since the FIFA Forward Enterprise plan collapsed in July.
