Daystar Falcons have made five changes to their squad for the Driftwood 7s, with the university side naming a new-look group for the fourth leg of the 2026 National 7s Circuit. The Falcons have retained eight players from their Kabeberi 7s squad while introducing five new faces for the August 22–23 tournament at Mombasa Sports Club. Coming into the squad are Wilson Otieno, Eddy Wambugu, Felix Apwoka, Dennis Munyasia and Reagan Williams. They replace Nathan Tsindoli, Paul Murwa, Robbin Wanyama and Patrick Odongo, while the fifth change comes through the updated squad composition compared with the Kabeberi selection.
The retained group includes captain Augustine Owino, Duncan Olile, Emmanuel Marakha, Clinton Amukwachi, Elijah Wasike, Moses Keragori, Arnold Agonda and Chris Obuya. The Falcons will be guided by head coach Caleb Bosire, with Steven Muhoto as team manager and Winwright Muhando serving as physiotherapist. Daystar have been drawn against Kilifi RFC, Nakuru RFC and Menengai Oilers in their Division One pool at Driftwood.
They open their campaign at 10:20am against Kilifi RFC, before facing Nakuru RFC at 1:20pm and Menengai Oilers at 5:00pm.
