Cardinal Otunga claimed the 2026 FEASSSA Rugby 7s title on Tuesday following an unbeaten campaign to top the final standings.
The Kenyan outfit finished the tournament with a perfect six wins from six matches, accumulating 18 points.
Cardinal Otunga scored a massive 145 points and conceded only 41 to record an impressive +104 points difference.
Bokoli Boys secured the silver medal after a narrow 7–5 victory over Butula in the second-place decider.
Much as they suffered a defeat against the champions, the duo of Bokoli Boys finished on 15 points.
Butula settled for third place on 12 points, despite scoring a tournament-high 175 points.
Uganda's Busoga College Mwiri finished fourth on nine points, while Mbarara High School ended in sixth place.
The argument doing the rounds in Kampala is how Butula's high-scoring attack failed to secure the trophy.
