How we picked
This is ChampionSport's editorial selection, not a poll and not a follower count. We rank by the reach of the role that Ugandan media or the person's own public profile report: national TV and radio voices and creators with a national online audience first, then leaders of national supporters' bodies and national fan events, then regional and local fan leaders. Within each group we weigh how directly and how recently the reports tie the person to the Premier League. We only quote follower numbers when a source states them.
The countdown so far

- No. 9: Macknon Akampurira
- No. 8: David Mafabi
