JACC maintained their unbeaten run in the CU Women's T20 National League Division Two with a double victory over Tornado CC at Jinja SS Oval on Saturday.
Africa Cricket Club also secured a 24-run win over Nile CC in the morning fixture to make a strong start to their campaign.
JACC won the first match by 134 runs after posting 194 for 8 with Immaculate Nakisuuyi top-scoring with 78 off 63 balls.
Rita Musamali added 53 off 45 deliveries as JACC built a commanding total despite losing wickets regularly.
Tornado CC were restricted to 60 for 9 in reply with Blessing Noeline Apio top-scoring with 18 off 13 balls.
Mirembe Lydia led the JACC attack with three wickets for 10 runs while Nakisuuyi and Mukanza Patricia claimed two wickets each.
Nakisuuyi was named Player of the Match for her all-round performance in the opening fixture.
Tornado CC won the toss in the afternoon game but were bowled out for 56 in 19.3 overs against disciplined JACC bowling.
Jackie Lalam took two wickets for 10 runs while six other bowlers chipped in with a wicket each for JACC.
JACC chased the target in just 5.4 overs with Kevin Awino unbeaten on 31 off 18 balls and Rita Musamali not out on 22.
Awino earned Player of the Match honours as JACC completed a nine-wicket victory and a double over Tornado CC.
Africa CC posted 85 for 9 in 15 overs against Nile CC with Resty Nalumansi striking a brilliant 55 off 43 balls.
Nile CC managed 61 for 6 in their 15 overs as Africa CC secured a 24-run victory in the morning fixture.
The argument doing the rounds in Kampala is whether JACC's experienced core can maintain this intensity through the knockout stages.
