Vipers SC make the trip to Bukedea to face Kataka FC on Saturday aiming to return to winning ways after a 1-1 draw with Maroons.
The Venoms will be favourites against the newly promoted side but Kataka drew inspiration from holding SC Villa before falling 2-1 to Kitara.
Kataka remain one of two sides yet to register a victory in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League this season alongside Kigezi Home Boyz.
A win for the eighth-placed Venoms could move them into the top five with 10 points while Kataka would climb out of the relegation zone.
At Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo two fixtures conclude the round with Express FC hosting UPDF FC in the early kick-off.
The Red Eagles are winless since match day two when they beat KCCA FC 2-0 and have since lost to Villa and drawn with Kitara 1-1 and NEC FC 0-0.
UPDF FC target successive wins after edging Maroons in their most recent outing.
Both teams sit on the same points with the army side 11th and Express 12th in the table.
In the late kick-off URA FC want to end a three-match losing streak when they face Entebbe UPPC FC.
The Printers overcame Police FC 3-0 in their last game at the same venue.
