The StarTimes Uganda Premier League reaches match day eight with five fixtures scheduled for Tuesday across four venues.

SC Villa host Blacks Power at Wankulukuku with the Jogoos sitting second on 17 points and two behind leaders BUL FC who are not in action.

A victory would send the unbeaten Blues top of the table but Blacks Power arrive buoyant after a 3-2 win over URA and already have a 2-1 win at Wankulukuku against Maroons this season.

At Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo, URA FC begin life under new tactician Sam Ssimbwa against UPDF in the early kick off with the Tax Collectors languishing in the relegation zone.

Express FC follow at the same venue hoping to end a winless run since match day two against Kataka who remain one of two sides yet to register a league victory.

NEC FC welcome newly promoted Ntugasaze at MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo aiming to bounce back from defeat to BUL at Njeru.

Police FC host bottom side Kigezi Home Boyz at Kitende fresh from holding champions Vipers SC while the visitors search for a first win under Kefa Kisala.

Match day eight fixtures summary:

  • SC Villa vs Blacks Power, Wankulukuku
  • URA FC vs UPDF, Hamz Stadium (early kick off)
  • Express FC vs Kataka, Hamz Stadium
  • NEC FC vs Ntugasaze, MTN Omondi Stadium
