Mukono Warriors travel to New GM Sugar Oval on Friday for a must-win Group D clash against unbeaten GM Sugar in the 2026 UG20 Men's Tournament.

The Warriors sit third on six points from four games and need victory to keep playoff hopes alive.

GM Sugar have won all four matches and lead the group with eight points behind leaders JACC.

A home double for GM Sugar on Sunday would eliminate JACC from knockout contention.

Both sides will field full-strength squads including national team players.

JACC, with two games left against Iganga, are relying on a Warriors slip to stay in the race.

Mukono Development begin their campaign against Wanderers at Lugogo Cricket Oval on the same day.

Wanderers have one win and one loss from two outings while Mukono Development failed to exit the group last season.

Kutchi Tigers face Tornado Cricket Club at Lugogo Oval looking to extend their lead in Group A.

Tigers have seven points from six games while Tornado have two points from two matches.

Debutants Pak Shaheens meet Ceylon at Entebbe Cricket Oval with Robert Owili in their ranks.

The tournament continues through the weekend with playoff places at stake across all groups.

Fixtures for Friday 3 October

  • Wanderers vs Mukono Development, Lugogo Cricket Oval
  • GM Sugar vs Mukono Warriors, New GM Sugar Oval
  • Kutchi Tigers vs Tornado, Lugogo Cricket Oval
  • Ceylon vs Pak Shaheens, Entebbe Cricket Oval
