Both sides enter the 4pm kickoff with maximum points from the opening weekend.
KCCA brushed aside URA Ladies 3-0 away from home last weekend in a clinical display.
Head coach Hamza Lutalo wants his team to go into the break with six points.
"We have prepared well for our second match, and we want to go into the break with 6 points," Lutalo said.
He stressed the psychological boost of winning away at URA.
"If we want to compete in the League, we have to win our home games," Lutalo added.
New recruit Yuster Kayesu offers fresh options in attack and midfield for the Kasasiro Ladies.
"If I am given a chance to play, I promise to create an impact," Kayesu said.
St Noa Girls edged She Corporate 1-0 on Matchday One showing defensive resilience.
Central defender Barbra Anomo radiated quiet confidence ahead of the trip to Lugogo.
"We have prepared enough to make sure that we win tomorrow's game," Anomo said.
The argument doing the rounds in Kampala is whether KCCA's attacking depth can unlock St Noa's organised rearguard.
