Jovia Nakagolo opened the scoring in the 17th minute, finishing from close range after Agnes Nabukenya had pressed high to win possession.
CBE defender Tigist Adane turned the ball into her own net ten minutes after the restart as she tried to clear Nakagolo's effort off the line.
Skipper Nabukenya completed the rout 18 minutes from time, capitalising on slack defending from a Samalie Nakacwa long throw to make it 3-0.
