FUFA delegates approved a Shs122.1 billion budget for the 2027 financial year at the 102nd Ordinary General Assembly in Mbarara on Saturday.
The figure represents a massive jump from the Shs48.6 billion operated this year.
President Moses Magogo attributed the rise to increased CAF and FIFA allocations plus enhanced government backing for AFCON 2027 preparations.
Projected income includes Shs24 billion from FIFA, Shs4.5 billion from CAF, Shs8 billion from CAF television rights and Shs74.5 billion from government.
Partners and sponsors contribute Shs7.3 billion while new revenue streams and other sources add Shs3 billion and Shs700 million respectively.
Expenditure forecasts hit Shs192.4 billion leaving a Shs70.2 billion unfunded gap.
Priorities cover AFCON preparations, increased prize money across all FUFA competitions and insurance for the Big League, Juniors League and Academies League.
Referee welfare and media production upgrades also feature.
Financial support for clubs, provinces and District Football Associations is confirmed.
The National Football Academy will be actualised under the new plan.
