FPL GW Recap: Bruno Cooked, Cherki Spicy

The Big Dog Cooked Again

Bruno Fernandes said "this is MY midfield" this gameweek, and 47.4% of you got to enjoy the buffet. 12.5 form, this man is not playing, he is performing surgery on opposing defences. If you captained Bruno and you're not top of your mini-league, just delete the game and start again wamma.

The Differential King, Cherki

Now if you had Cherki (18.6% ownership) in your team this week, go and touch grass because you are COOKING. 11.0 form at £7.6m is daylight robbery. The differential pickers in the ChampionSport Community League are laughing right now. Meanwhile, the 82% who didn't own him are refreshing their phones asking "who is this Cherki guy?"

Chelsea Double Trouble

Chelsea fans, this is your time. Palmer with 10.0 form and João Pedro also at 10.0 form, two players, same form, same 20 points, different prices. João Pedro is in 69.2% of teams though, so owning him is basically like paying tax. Not glamorous, but it works.

The Hidden Gems Nobody Talks About

Ajayi (HUL) at £4.0m with 10.0 form? Owned by 4.6%? This man is a cheat code hidden in plain sight. Same for Tzolakis in goal at £4.5m. And Egan-Riley at the back for £4.0m, 2.9% ownership, if you're not buying him, what are you even doing with your free transfers?

The Flops We Won't Name

Some of you captained players not on this list and ended up with 3 points. Three. Points. That's less than the price of a rolex in Wandegeya. We won't shame you publicly, but we are judging you in the group chat.
