Somalia’s absence leaves Uganda, Kenya, Burundi and South Sudan to battle for honours at the event.
“We have set up a vibrant Local Organizing Committee. We previously hosted a successful Africa Nations Championship qualifier and we are banking on that experience to deliver a top-notch event,” he said. He also thanked the participating countries for accepting the invitation.
