This partnership aims to foster socio-economic transformation through grassroots sports in primary and secondary schools across East Africa.
FEASSA has operated for 23 years, working to transcend boundaries and promote sports development within the Eastern part of the African continent.
Targeted groups for these initiatives include Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and South Sudan, with prospects for the DRC.
How will FEASSA grow through EADB?
EADB will provide a cash boost and logistical support to help the association manage its expanding scale of games and membership.

This support arrives as the federation expands its sporting catalogue to include more diverse disciplines for youth and special needs athletes.

- U-19 category: Baseball (boys), Softball (girls), Lacrosse, Cricket, Cross Country, Beach Soccer, and Beach Volleyball
- U-15 primary school games: Basketball, Handball, and Cross Country
- Special Needs Education (SNE): Showdown, Sitting Volleyball, and Hi-Soccer
