Express FC visit NEC FC at Omondi Stadium on Thursday aiming to dent the hosts' unbeaten start in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The Lugogo side have collected four points from four matches while NEC sit on ten points and could move top with victory.
Floodlit football returns to Lugogo for the first time this season as both teams clash under lights.
Express coach Morley Byekwaso insisted his charges are eager to turn their season around against the consistent NEC outfit.
"I think their consistency doesn't mean they can't lose," Byekwaso said.
"In football, you can have good moments in the season but if we did our best, I think we turn the results."
Nicholas Jjonga returns to the Express squad after a knock but left-back Shafik Batambuze is ruled out through injury.
