Fredrick Ngalo struck in the 56th minute to hand SC Volcanoes a 1-0 win over CATDA at St Paul Mutolere S.S playground in Kisoro.
The visitors held firm despite Fazil "Choppra" Tumwine receiving a red card to leave them a man down.
At Amus College Stadium in Bukedea, the hosts humbled Buwambo United 3-0 with Mudashir Ijosiga netting a brace and Micheal Kedi adding the third.
Pakwach Young Stars thrashed Kaaro Karungi 3-0 at the Luo grounds while Young Elephant Academy beat Calvary 2-0 at Elephants Park in Nwoya.
Paidha Black Angels edged Kiyinda Boys 1-0 at Bar Okoro stadium in Zombo to move top of the table with six points from two matches.
Rwenzori Lions completed the newcomers' clean sweep with a 1-0 victory over Iganga United at Nyamambuka playground in Kasese.
The FUFA Big League resumes on Thursday when Calvary host Kaaro Karungi.
