Eh! What happened to our Reds? Jamie Carragher couldn't believe his eyes when Liverpool got absolutely smashed by PSG at the Parc des Princes.
This one is finished! The gulf in class was so wide, Carragher said it was like watching a village team take on Manchester City. Wamma!
PSG scored twice - first Desire Doue, then Khvicha Kvaratskhelia finished like he was playing in the park. Liverpool? They looked lost, confused, like they'd forgotten how to play football.
From Champions to Chumps in 12 Months
Remember last season when Liverpool and PSG had that epic battle? Two top teams going toe-to-toe? Now look at them! The man is cooking at PSG while Liverpool are burning everything in the kitchen.
Carragher on CBS Sports was shaking his head: "That was like watching a team from a lower division. The gulf in class was very worrying from a Liverpool point of view."
And he's right! Liverpool spent £450 million on new players, but they're playing like they spent that money on jollof rice instead of footballers.
What's Next for the Reds?
The return leg at Anfield? Eeeh, it's going to take a miracle. PSG could've scored five or six, but they took their foot off the gas. Imagine if they'd been hungry!
