Both sides opened their campaign with 1-0 wins, Blacks Power overcoming fellow newcomers Ntugasaze while Police saw off Mbarara City by the same scoreline.
Simon Peter Mugerwa, in the dugout for the hosts, will take on ex-pay masters Police who are tutored by Matia Lule.
The Cops are fresh from signing a three-year partnership with Yaobai Cement and will look to start the new reign on a winning note.
At Police Arena Kira, debutants Ntugasaze host Maroons FC with both sides desperate to get off the mark after losing their opening day fixtures.
The Prison Warders were beaten 2-1 by URA despite taking a first half lead, while Ntugasaze fell 1-0 to fellow newbies Blacks Power.
