Blacks Power and Kitara have been ousted from Hoima City Stadium after the National Council of Sports cancelled their Memorandum of Understanding for the venue.
The two StarTimes Uganda Premier League sides had entered the MoU after their own grounds failed to meet FUFA licensing requirements.
Blacks Power confirmed the development on Sunday 18 October revealing their Tuesday fixture against URA has been postponed.
The Lira based outfit said NCS cited the need to reserve the stadium exclusively for international matches.
The club is working to establish the next course of action and will communicate an alternative home ground in due course.
Unconfirmed reports indicate Blacks Power may host matches at Bukedea Comprehensive Sports Complex which Kataka currently uses.
Kitara have yet to release a statement but sources suggest they could return to Royals Park Butema or Wankulukuku if facilities pass inspection.
The argument doing the rounds in Kampala is whether NCS gave the clubs enough notice to secure approved alternatives before the first round fixtures.
